Creates a new crypto address for a specific blockchain for the wallet associated with the API key.
Authentication: x-api-key header required
Required Role: DEVELOPER, PRODUCTION, TENANT_ADMIN, or OWNER
Important: This endpoint only works with API keys that are bound to a specific wallet.
Note: The system will automatically use the appropriate provider (Utila or Processing) based on tenant configuration.
