Retrieves a paginated list of cards for the authenticated user.
Authentication: x-api-key header required
Important:
- For API key authentication: The wallet_id is determined by the API key itself (if the key is bound to a wallet)
- Only cards from the wallet associated with the API key will be returned
- The wallet_id parameter in query is ignored when using a wallet-bound API key
